Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn with original tags attached

• Must be in original packaging

• You'll need your order confirmation or receipt

STANDARD RETURNS (REFUNDS)

Changed your mind? You can return your belt for a refund within 14 days.

Return shipping cost: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

How to start a return:

1. Email hello@boundcrafts.com  with your order number

2. We'll review and send you return instructions including the return address

3. Ship the item back to us

4. We'll inspect and process your refund

Important: Don't send items back without contacting us first - unrequested returns won't be accepted.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.

If approved: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.

If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, contact us at hello@boundcrafts.com.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Inspect your order when it arrives. If your belt is defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@boundcrafts.com.

We'll make it right - either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund (including return shipping).

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Items without tags or that have been worn

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Sale items marked as final sale (if applicable)

• Gift cards
